blissful stay!

cleansing treatment relaxing grounds infinity pool adults only pool

I felt rejuvenated after the treatment from diana. It was cleansing. the steam, oils, back wrap, facial cleanse and scalp massage were world class, i loved every minute. the beautiful grounds were clean and calm. three infinity pools offer space for relaxation, one for adults only!

the steep and rocky steps leading down to the beach made access slightly challenging.

the room featured a functioning layout with provided toiletries. i enjoyed the beautiful balcony area, it was perfect for enjoying the view, there was also a mini fridge and a kettle for tea and coffee.

the location is convenient, only five minutes from sengigi ferry port. it's about one and a half hours to a waterfall hike, a must do. the hotel is two hours from the port to start your adventures to pink beach.

The hotel includes three excellent restaurants, offering italian cuisine, indonesian dishes, and a fine dining steak option. two large swimming pools provide ample space for relaxation. the spa is amazing. I highly recommend the couples honeymoon spa package, it was everything and more!

Divine food can be found here. The menu has a variety of dishes from around the world. i found my favorite dish here during my two week stay, such a treat. the serving staff went out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed.

Very nice Stay, A Romantic Escape

greenery arrangement mosquito prevention varied dinners

The hotel grounds are beautifully arranged, with great taste shown in the balance of greenery and strategic lighting. The room was superb. I especially appreciated the outdoor shower. The staff sprayed for insects each evening to prevent mosquito bites. This attention. The happy hour and varied dinner options added a touch of class.

The gym was missing, a slight downside to an otherwise amazing experience.

The setting by the sea is VERY romantic. Breakfast views allow you to observe surfers, while evening dining lets you watch the sunset. The beach is fine and the entire area fosters relaxation.

The staff members are genuinely kind and always ready to assist. I found the service quick and efficient. The personnel take pride in providing a safe and pleasant environment, a factor that enhanced my visit.

A Decent Stay

fine sunset attentive staff varied restaurants dirty bathroom few amenities missing shower curtain

The location was great. It provided fine sunsets. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food and drinks were well priced. I thought the three restaurants provided good variety.

I found it rather dirty. There were very few amenities. The shower did not even have a curtain.

The room needed some attention. I found the pillows to be quite lumpy. The air conditioning was VERY loud at night making it HARD to sleep. I would have liked a smoother experience.

separate sinks rainfall shower massage services

i stayed in a double room garden view the room had two separate sinks the bathroom included a rainfall shower the air conditioning worked effectively the room had a safe deposit box. the hotel features three pools the pools looked well maintained the hotel had three restaurants i ate at the italian restaurant. breakfast was a la carte the hotel offered a spa with massage services

the hotel is near a mosque i could hear the call to prayer sometimes
